Joining Tractionel Enterprise in October 2018 as a receptionist, Dudu began her journey with the company without any prior formal work experience. Her innate curiosity and passion for human resources soon caught the attention of the management. Recognising her potential, Tractionel Enterprise provided her with the opportunity to further her education, leading to her current accomplishment.

Now in her fifth year with Tractionel Enterprise, Dudu has seamlessly transitioned to a permanent role in the human resources department. Despite her vibrant presence at the workplace, many might be surprised to know that she identifies as an introvert. Away from the hustle and bustle of office life, Dudu is a self-proclaimed burger enthusiast and enjoys immersing herself in binge-worthy TV shows.

The journey of juggling a demanding job and rigorous academics was not devoid of challenges. Yet, with unwavering determination and the steadfast support of her family, friends, and the Tractionel Enterprise team, Dudu overcame every obstacle in her path. Her story serves as an inspiration for countless individuals, highlighting the balance of work and continuous learning.

Dudu’s aspirations don’t end here. She is fueled by gratitude for the opportunities she’s been given and has her sights set on furthering her studies in the human resource field.
